The Desana network is made up of hundreds of coworking spaces, from boutique, independently-run local spaces to sleek, slick coworking brands, all of which can be booked via our app.
So it would be pretty strange if the Desana team didn’t make the most of this vast array of choices.
In fact, all the Desana team get unlimited access to our app to book flexible workspace wherever they need it.
We’ve been asking them what their favourite spaces are - and why. Perhaps it’ll inspire you for your next workspace excursion.

Fav space to meet friends: The Ministry, Southwark, London
As trendy as you’d expect it to be, The Ministry feels more like a private members club than a flex workspace. With plenty of open areas and seating, it's great for communal work.
What to expect: sexy decor, delicious iced coffee, great smells, hair straighteners in the bathrooms, and an outdoor area which feels like a beach bar in St Tropez when sunny!
Warning: the cafe turns into a bar at the end of the day with Happy Hour every weekday. The perfect excuse to close the laptop and catch up with colleagues over an Aperol!
Fav space to be productive: Neighbourhood Works, London Fields, London
Mondays can be a bit manic and I have found that getting up and out of the house has really helped to maximise my productivity. This super bright and colourful space is the perfect antidote to any Monday blues and helps me stay focused.
What to expect: loads of phone booths for calls, isolated areas for solo work, excellent coffee (with frothy alternate milk!), gender neutral bathrooms, and, of course, an E5 Bakehouse sandwich to enjoy on London Fields at lunch time!
Fav space on the move: The Office Group Scott House, Waterloo, London
My parents live about an hour south of London and this space has been a life saver in making family occasions on time. I often travel to the space on my lunch break and work there for the afternoon, before hopping directly on the train at the end of the day. Being located literally inside Waterloo station, it could not be more convenient.
What to expect: a super peaceful atmosphere, amazing customer service from the reception team, a happy mother!

Fav space for feeling like I'm working in nature: x+why Whitechapel, London
Because of their strong plant game and the bird sounds playing softly in the background.
Fav space for free treats: ARC Club, Homerton, London
They also have a great newsletter with a round-up of things to do in London.
Fav space for going to the beach: Well&Work, Lisbon
Two minutes from the beach, it has an aquarium and amazing plants, free sweets and a super friendly and attentive community manager. Plus, a cute dog at the desk.

Fav space when I need THE VIEWS and proper concentration: Impact Hub Budapest, Hungary
You feel on top of the world when you are at Impact Hub. The building is stunning and once you are inside your jaw drops when you look out the window.
I am from Budapest and working from Impact Hub reminded me of what a beautiful city I am walking around in. At Impact Hub I felt super focused because of the layout, the brightness and the colours outside the window.
Fav space for secret perks (a sleeping area, the loveliest people, dog guests): Kaptár, Budapest, Hungary
Kaptár instantly felt like home. Working from there feels like you are with friends you’ve known for years. They have meetups after work where you can just have a chat and a tea with others. I was so happy to go to Kaptár, as I knew that friendly faces would await as soon as I stepped inside. And when I found the sleeping areas and the visiting doggos, I decided this was my very favourite spot to work in.
Fav space to hang out with colleagues: Square Works, Bristol
Square Works was the first space I went to with my fellow Bristol Desanian. Since then it has become our most visited spot. Square Works has everything we need! Comfy chairs, quieter or busier spots with music, beautiful plants and so much light! And I should also mention our lunch break pals (the squirrels) just outside in the lovely park.
Harrison, Account Manager
Fav space for location: Work.Life Fitzrovia, London
This is one of my favourite workspace brands with this particular hub being the perfect size for a comfortable working environment. Once you step outside, you’re just a stone's throw from a street of beautiful dining spots overlooked by London's iconic BT Tower.
Fav space for community (and snacks): Runway East Finsbury Park, London
A great sense of community; from authentic coffee machine interactions to an above-and-beyond front of house team to make you feel welcome. They also offer fruit and sweet treats on a Wednesday.
Fav space for the views: The Office Group Lloyds Avenue, City of London
Perfectly positioned in the City of London with a beautiful decked roof-terrace offering a fantastic view of the Gherkin - a bonus if you manage to visit during a perfect summer day.
Fav space in Manchester: Department XYZ, Manchester
My favourite spot for visiting the inspiring city of Manchester. Spinningfields is the perfect backdrop for lunchtime walks surrounded by a hub of activity for great lunch spots and after work drinks.
